* PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
This position will have primary responsibilities in supporting all aspects of Site level Health &
Safety at Ulsan/Gwangyang plants and employee training.
1. Reporting to the site manager or other senior managers as required, and will coordinate closely
with Korea EH&S team
2. Maintain compliance with national and local environment, health and safety regulations.
3. Provide EH&S guidance and compliance support to site team to ensure compliance with
regulatory & company requirements.
4. Act as primary liaison with regulatory agencies and clients concerning all H&S issues
5. Site level H&S risks assessment and mitigation for sustainability and risk reduction
6. Develop and implement the site-specific EH&S management system to meet the local regulation
& clients request
7. Coordinate/provide site EH&S training and maintain EH&S records
8. Conduct incident / accident investigations and develop corrective and preventative action
plans to prevent reoccurrences
9. Maintain site specific EH&S KPIs
10. Assist with conducting daily/weekly/monthly/qtly safety meetings and helps maintain
an active EH&S awareness program
11. Proactively drive continuous improvement in H&S performance and programs.
12. Drive improvements in organizational site H&S culture, awareness, and accountability
13. Emergency preparedness and response plan including business continuity plan
(Crisis management plan)
14. Provide on-site support at site in timely manner
15. Continuously monitor the workplace for hazardous safety and health conditions.
